Orders will be fulfilled once payment has been received via bank transfer.

Dispatch date will be confirmed once the order is fulfilled.

We are unable to accept any product returns.

If, however, the products received are damaged, incorrect or not as described on the website, we can offer replacement items or a refund of the value of the damanged/incorrect items.
